Since I am beginning to pursue my passion in photography, I guess joining photo challenges on blogsphere is a good idea to motivate myself. I happen to visit the Daily Post blog provided by WordPress.com and I am thinking to become part of the challenge.

This week’s challenge is on GEOMETRY that is all about the shapes or any patterns of the natural world up close and personal, or the rhythm of local buildings.

Here are my entries:

This the doom-shaped building of Children Science Museum in Muscat, Oman

A beautifully designed geometric shapes ceiling of the children museum.

This is homunculus a representation of how our brain view our body.

Gilded murals in floral and geometric patterns that delicately decorated the walls of Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in Muscat, Oman.

The interesting section of the mosque is the main prayer hall. There is an imposing wooden doorway carved with verses from the Koran provides access to the hall.

The highest minaret symbolizes Fasting – normally practice during Ramadhan
